I have experienced some lag issues lately aswell (Poland), seen some players even 999+ for some seconds, but it ususally ended soon. Nope, same, modified map (invulnerabity at spawn zones, bars in windows (against constant nades or panzers), campaign to save earned xp for 10 maps.
