It is possible to kick VIPs. Ask an admin to make you lvl2 back instead of 3, but you still won't have any protection.

Edit: just checked and this was indeed not changed. So VIPs have kick protection.

We removed the kick protection from both lvl2 and lvl3 several months ago.

r_drawfoliage is forced to 0 on radar and radar_truck, you shouldn't see any extra grass. There hasn't been any change with that cvar.
