Actually Hirntot has strict rules regarding such statements:

Please use the !admin command if it happens again, or if a member is on server who doesn't notice it, speak to him directly.

Calm down guys, it's just a game. Spawncamping happens often, when one team is ways stronger than the opponent team. If then a spawncamper backrapes the half team, it's even more worse and unbalanced. Rushing through Axis-Spawn on Goldrush torwards Bank is not spawncamping, it's part of the game. Ex...

Probably it's a mix from both. On the one hand you have skilled players, they optimized their CFG to the max, got advantages through a good internet connection, play their cards right etc and then they reach that acc levels sometimes! On the other hand I'm sure there are some cheaters who turn it on...

I also noticed the bug at oasis once. Maybe 2 weeks ago.

The flag didn't disappear after wall was destroyed. I think it happened because Allies destroyed the wall without getting the flag before.
Allies spawned in the room next to the wall and Axis could spawn in the Old city... was quite funny :D
