I also think level2+ should have it. I also wrote a lua script that does this automatically, so there is no need for manual !spec999. I posted a version on Discord but it didn't work (forgot to multiply something x 1000 to turn to milliseconds), so I fixed it, tested it and it works. It will wait 45...

Uninstall both ET and Punkbuster in the Control Panel, then reinstall with the installer above.
