Went to spec after vi3ri complained about this guy and eventually kicked him.
Accusations about cheaters are almost a daily occurence on Hirntot. The likes of vi3ri causing a ruckus (ego bruised) is nothing new and he will only make more of these unfounded complaints now that he sees he accomplished getting his bad competitor kicked.

Used wrong command !ckick though
.
For the record, I half-jokingly applauded you kicking him only because he wouldn't revive or help escort the tug. I've never found the possibility of him having WH to be plausible - I've surprised him around the corner with my panzer too many times for that.

I thought he had some very fishy moments, but I'm not 100 percent sure.
No offense, but if something is fishy then please state what that is. I can look at this demo and see that he's "surprised" by the enemy at 8.29, 5.54, and 5.08, which makes it very unlikely that he's using WH.

6.06 and around 2.50 are very suspicious when he shoots the wall just where the enemy is.
At 6.06 he's not shooting. I assume you mean 6.10? Reason he's shooting there is because he spotted the enemy going that direction at 6.13.
At 2.54 (not 2.50) he has a moment where he quickly turns around and fires one bullet into the wall. Nothing conclusive. He probably got spooked by something he heard or thought he heard. Or, it could be because he does these checks automatically (which is consistent with his tactic around the 7.00-6-00 timeframe on this demo where he's checking enemy approaching from both sides).

I watched the second demo with and without shownormals and I'd say he has wh. Not the most obvious case but still. First at the very start (7:45 ish) he tracks the allied mortar through the wall.
If he had tracked the mortar then he would not have sat down just before he shot him - he would have ran directly to the mortar. He did a sweep of that area and by coincidence he found the mortar sitting there.

Then around the 6:00 he hangs around the alleyway leading to the first allied spawn without any logical reason when theres 2 allied there. And immediately leaves when there are no allies there anymore.
His "logical reason" for hanging around the alleyway is because as mentioned above he's wily enough to realize he will get attacked from both sides. Therefore he's waiting for the allies to spawn at the non-default spawn to check if they will be heading towards him.
The reason he leaves the area is because he spots a teammate coming towards him. Since the teammate can see towards the allied spawn and does not fire his weapon, he assumes the area have now been cleared and moves on.

Then at about 3:00 he shoots the enemy through the wall...
See answer to Liquid Sn. above regarding the 2.54 time.

Overall I think he knows way too well when its safe to go around corners and where to aim etc. when he is going around the allied tank spawn and at other spots as well.
There's a difference between "knowing" and being "wary". He knows that it's not safe to go around corners and that's why he checks. It's very easy for the enemy to then cry foul play when all he's doing is being smarter than them. I know the feeling - sometimes I fire my panzer into areas where I can't see the enemy, but where I know there's a good chance they're hiding. I've often been accused of using WH.
Also notice headshooter's movement: he jumps constantly - especially when moving on the snow. This is indicative of a player who wants to make less noise so that he can hear the enemy better and figure out the right way to approach. He’s clever and I agree with mETLA that he’s probably using a headset.
