Sure, I've TK him not intentionally and APOLOGISED for that. And a few minutes later he planted a mine behind my back while I was planting another. I took a step back to plant another and got killed by his mine. Happens - especially if you don't see that sb is planting just behind your back. Moreover, he could assume that I cannot see his mine. So then he decides to kick me. It is pretty silly and childish.
