I just changed to 200 fps and got more ping

Packets are calculated based on fps. 100 fps = 100 packets. 120 fps = 60 packets. 144 fps = 72 packets. 200 fps = 100 packets

Snaps are always 20, no matter what value you set it to, 20 or 40.

Changing the fps won't change your actual ping, only the way et measures and displays it.
