Bad idea. Engis need the XP from landmines, otherwise the other classes rake up XP while the engis are at a standstill. And how bored will the engis become when they realize they can't plant landmines? #moreconfusion

Battery is already heavily in allies' favour now (mainly because you've disabled lvl3 arty). Most of the time allies take the CP within the first 10 minutes. I see absolutely no reason to chop up this map even more.
