/com_hunkmegs 512

/m_pitch 0.033"
in the legacy wolfenstein files profile ?

or maybe changing those cfgs is useless...?

Type them in the console ingame, then "/writeconfig name".

It should save, but in any case next time you can "/exec name" to load it.
